I am French but I don't eat frogs. Oo;; Most of the people I know don't either, same for snails. I mean frogs and snails are not available at the average supermarket, they're that common. There is one food which is yuckier though, it's in Corsica, there's a cheese with live (!!) worms in it... There used to be such kind of cheese all over the country before... Maybe I shouldn't have said that though, now everyone is going to call us worms. LOL

Americans could be called "Burgers" or "Starbucks".

Although we Brits just call them "Yanks". Hehehe. Sometimes coupled with the word "bloody!!" or "stupid!!" . . .

Resurrectionist - "RostBif" is the French name for the British (its a French pronounciation of "Roast Beef" - because apparently they think that what we eat. Thats OK we just call them Froggies because eat Frogs Legs. Yeuch)

"Limeys" is something to do with the British sailors (at the time of the American War of Independence) drinking lime juice on long sea voyages to avoid scurvy.

New Zealanders are All-Black Kiwis, BBQ kiwi is great, so are their eggs. The Aussies are Kangaroos or Wallabies, both provide excellent steaks. Don't get much fried Wop, jellied Chink, or scrambled Cloggie though.

LOL I'm sorry but Sakura made me laugh hysterically. I had no idea we were referred to as "Butterballs". This is so stinkin' funny, and I'm American!

LOL I'm glad some of us have a sense of humour about ourselves.
