Take the thing about yourself that brings you the most pain and humiliation, tell this to someone that you know will make fun of you for being this way and see how you feel when the person being made fun of, is you. As a recovering agoraphobe, I can say with a great deal of certainty, part of the reason people become that way is because of the ridicule of others.
To make fun of someone is never right.

Only idiots who don't know any better make fun of people who have problems. What they don't know it that the wheel turns slowly, one day they might be in a worse situation and hopefully they wont be treated the same way they treat this person. Shame man.
