There are a variety of interventions for erectile dysfunction, and a penile implant should be considered as a 'last resort', although it is not a difficult surgical procedure, and there is minimal recovery time. Once the area has healed, there should be no discomfort, nor is there any limit on how often a man may enjoy sexual intercourse.

If you have ever seen a elderly person with a penile implant you would change your mind. It look like a bar of metal, underneath the skin. No matter what, it can't replace the real thing. Try working other parts of your body to compensate what the penis cannot give.
