I was such a fan of Alias, and then the third season really turned me off with the change in plotline, deletion of characters and addition of new characters that I didn't care about at all. Now Lost is doing the same thing. Didn't JJ Abrams learn the first time?

I'm with you. And why was this season so short when the next one is going to be 16 episodes? I'm really sick of them throwing out these new mysteries without solving any of the old ones, first. How can I give a crap about Desmond's ability to know the future when I still don't know how Locke wound up in a wheelchair?

I kind of feel like I'm cheating on Lost - it used to be the only show we watched - but we're kind of digging Heroes now. You might want to check it out. It's not as smart or complex as Lost but it's the same sort of thing. And if they give you a question they generally answer it.

I'm wondering where did all these extra crash survivors come from. Where are they all camped out? Whenever you see the beach scenes, there aren't more than a few huts and they're inhabited by the regulars.

Like houlihano...I've been watching Heroes too. It's a really fun show.
