The only way I know of would be to connect the dial-up modem to a PC or Laptop that is connected to a wireless router by either wire or wireless. Then turn on Internet Connection Sharing on that PC or Laptop. This will share the internet connection to the wireless router which can then be accessed by any computer getting its information from the router... including wireless.

DIAL UP INTERNET... whats that? I didnt know that was still in use. And how is it that you can afford to have a wireless network, but dont have broadband or DSL..

Thats like a phone without call-waiting. Its unheard of.

Huh? i dont think there is such thing.. what i am aware of is that wireless network works only with DSL or High speed internet and not for dial up.
dial up connects to the internet thru its dial up adapter on its pc and it needs a data cable to be connected on your pc to the phonejack.
for wireless network it can be connected thru wireless adapter or usb adapter ;-)

hello...are you at someone elses home and wanting to bum off a parent or someone???if so plug pc into phone jack..and you have to download their cd to your computer..just enter their name and password when the disc installs and there ya go..

otherwise you can not do it because you have to pay for dial up....usually through a local telephone company...
