There are many. The best combo I ever saw was Billy Crystal and Robin Williams doing improve. I was also a huge fan of Abbott and Costello.
Two lesser known but extremely talented comedians who each use music in their acts are Tim Wilson and Rodney Carrington. Rodney is more for adults although he did have his own show on ABC. Tim is known for parody songs and used to write for Pinkard and Bowden.

Steven Wright is the best, followed by Mitch Hedberg.
Jerry Seinfeld and Carlos Mencia are good at delivering jokes as well.
Some good ones who people sometimes forget about are Joan Rivers and Wanda Sykes
