You're probably getting close to labor, though no one could really say when. I think it's a good idea to talk to your caregiver.

Also, when I was pregnant, I was amazed at how much of a relief a bath could be. The water helps to support baby's weight which will take some of the load off you.

A bath will also help you to relax your muscles which will be helpful as you approach labor. The more tense you are, the more it will hurt.

Good luck!

You are probably very close to delivery. If you are having trouble walking and your pelvis is really sore, the baby's head has probably dropped. I remember that feeling well. Now you know the real reason for waddling. I know this sounds crazy, but when I felt that way, I just kept walking. I took a walk around my neighborhood and my water broke. I had my son that night at 37 weeks.

Keep your head up and if it gets too uncomfortable, call your ob/gyn to make sure that there are no problems.

Sounds like the baby has "dropped" into the correct position for delivery. Nobody can give you an exact time line of when and where....you just have to go with it.

Call your doctor if you are really concerned. Or walk it out. Walking and sex help speed things up. I remember feeling like that....just wanting the pain to go away....then after labor it is all better again.

Anyways hon, good luck and I hope you feel better soon.

It's just the way the baby is laying. The baby is probably laying on a nerve of some kind, nothing usual at this time in your pregnancy. I also remember at the end I could barley walk, it hurt so bad. It ended up my son was just too big, he really had no room to move around himself. You gotta remember the baby only has so much room in their himself, so just be patient! Won't be long, and pretty soon-you'll be holding your beautiful new baby and all you aches will be forgotten.

Platobeenz - it's more like hanging a 20lbs weight from your testicles for two months leading up to labor :)

That is a normal feeling (uhg, what a pain!) My baby dropped at 32 weeks and I would get those pains on and off for the weeks that came. She came finally at 38 and a half weeks.

It is very common, to feel like that, you might want to go to the doctor to make sure you are not in early labor( depending on how long the pain has been going on for) You might want to take it easy and sit more often than you normally do. If this gets to bad you might want to talk to your doctor about inducing you early if he will and he thinks the baby will be ok.

good luck hope this helps

There's a lot of pressure down there, and the baby's head is probably pressing on your pubic bone.

I'm 33 weeks along, and I have pressure too. Tell your doctor. But more than likely, your baby has just dropped, and you're feeling the pressure.

good luck!

Sounds like the baby has lowered and is pushing on your cervix. Or if you haven't had a recent ultrasound to show the baby's position, he very well could actually be kicking you in the cervix. Sounds to me though that your baby is just getting ready to make his/her way into the world. Be sure and call your doc and let them know just in case they want to see you to do a check or not...

It's common to have a lot of pressure down there in the last weeks of pregnancy. I would still call your doctor and inform them just in case they want to check you out. Hang in there! It's almost over. Best of luck!

Some woman handle pregnancy different to others but just see your doc and let them know maybe they'll be able to help out, not long to go now. Good luck.
