It is not hair color alone. There a lot of different nationalities of each.
Yes some races may have a charactristic spicific to them.

I think the two things have nothing to do with each other. Do you honestly believe these two things are related? If you do, then it stands to reason that I could change my hormones by dying my hair. Does this really pass the smell test with you?
