I found this a couple of days ago and I ahve no idea what it says Help??

I assume you mean "ehm meglio togliere il disturbo" ? Roughly translated from Italian to English it reads "ehm better to remove the disturbance".

I don't know where you seen it or what it's in relation to but if you don't already know the guy in green is Link from the Zelda games released on the Nintendo.

For future reference, I use http://babelfish.altavista.com to do stuff like this.

I know its Italian, so I select that, and babelfish returns:

meglio togliere il disturbo --> better to remove the disturbance

It's spanish,
Use google translate and tpye it out thier,
that will give you a rough translation
