it is the red wings logo on the front of the jersey. Its like a wave in the logo and i cant get it out. I have washed it many times and even tried laying books on it when wet and its still there

What mousechick said is right, just don't put the iron on your jersey directly (like she said).

The bend isn't in the fabric, it's in the glue on the patch. The glue's essentially waterproof, so washing it isn't going to do anything.

The heat of the iron will change the glue's shape. If you get it good and warm and flat, then try your book trick or put it under your mattress, it'll flatten right out and stay that way.

Just be careful of the heat and the jersey, which is synthetic and can melt.

Turn it inside out and iron the crest with a towel in between. If it's a Penguins Jersey, get it done professionally...

first off don't put it in the dryer. Secondly try using an iron and a terry cloth towel between the iron and your jersey. *I have a Mario Lemiuex and Crosby jersey.* My Mario one has the funky bend in it and I got it out that way.
