New York City!!
It's awesome, it has a very diverse population.
You can find a place dedicated for almost any culture (i.e. Chinatown, Littly Italy)
And the fact that I live there helps too. =]

NYC. Although both are very image conscious, NYC is more about looking chic and stylish, whereas people in LA are very blonde, tan, and fake.

I would say LA because you can either go to the beach or drive an hour or so and be snow skiing! I have never been to NY though.

LA- California's where it's at! Not to mention LA has warm beaches, and Disneyland (the happiest place on earth) is right nearby!
