I think that by us being humans many would want to put it towards the one person but in the heat of the moment they might blurt out something that goes towards the race as a whole. But in their heart only meant it to that person and they don't realize what they had said just put down the whole race! And you have some who look at it in the view of if one is a certain way then they all are which is not true! I just look at the individual. But I believe that everybody has said something to someone, that is not their race, that was towards that person but in reality, the way one would interpret it, as to the whole race.

The "right" answer is "I'm not a racist!" as I see everyone putting up here, but honestly; You've never said "That guy cut me off, I knew he was Asian" or " That white girl...."
It's wrong, but we are all guilty. Until we live in a society that doesn't break us up into groups, i.e. on forms: check black, Hispanic, white. et cetera, we will always in one form or another label a bad trait to a race.
I don't feel good about it when I say "That Asian chick can't drive.. but I do and I apologize later. We can only work harder to isolate the incident to the individual.

How can song be "FOR" a particular for a race of people? those who say such issues as that are stupid. i'm really white and that i appreciate hip hop. Whoever requested u that query about how can u pay interest to hip hop is an fool and it exhibits his lack of know-how. He did not actually have an answer for the different question which proves he doesn't recognize what he's speaking about. Hip hop is between the optimal promoting variety of song contained in the international, does that sound like quite a few black people figuring out to purchase it? Hip hop is global, do not enable anybody tell u what u could pay interest to.

No. I go strictly by the individual.
Lumping all of a certain race together as bad because someone of that race did or said something racist to you makes you as bad as that person.

Strictly individual. You have to take it where it is coming from. Don't judge everyone by the select few that have wronged you. If you do that you will be one unhappy and lonely individual.

Honestly, yes, I do. It is a constant struggle for me to not think of people's flaws in terms of the most readily available way to characterize them: someone crosses me, and my mind springs to label them that "fat chick", that "dumb blonde", that "hillbilly", that "dumb kid", that etc.
It's terrible, I know. I do not admit it with the least pride.

Sometimes it depends on the comment to be considered racist or not. If it was something about my facial or body type then I wouldn't look at it as racist. I am definitely not a racist person.

I find that stereotypes tend to be accurate when describing groups, but they never seem to fit individuals... strange...
