1a)
If you already drew a two, then there are 3 left. And there are 51 cards left, so the probability is 3/51, which reduces to:
= 1/17
1b)
If you didn't already draw a two, then there are 4 left. And there are 51 cards left, so the probability is:
= 4/51

2)
Diameter = 108 miles (exactly twice the radius)
Circumference = pi * d = 108 pi ≈339.2 miles

3)
37°C is hot; it is equivalent to normal body temperature (98.6°F). You can prove this by plugging 37 in the following formula:

F = (9/5)C + 32
F = (9/5)37 + 32
F = 333/5 + 32
F = 66.6 + 32
F = 98.6

I suspect you'd be at the beach in a bathing suit, perhaps.

4a)
b = 24c / 4d c=5, d = 3
Just plug in the values:
24(5) / 4(3) = 120/12
= 10
4b)
b = 24c / 4d c=10, d = 15
24(10) / 4(15) = 240/60
= 4

5a)
tow truck = 8 *tons*
5b)
postcard = 1 *oz*

6a)
18 + 4 - 16 + 3 - 9
= 0
6b)
55 - 32 + 6 - 7 + 1
= 23

Q1: Already drew one card from the deck (deck has no jokers)
Probability of drawing a deuce (card drawn is a deuce) = 3/51 = 1/17 = 5.88 percent
Probability of drawing a deuce (card drawn is not a deuce) = 4/51 = 7.84 percent

Q2: Radius of 54 miles.
Diameter = 2*R = 2*54 = 108 miles.
Circumference = 2*PI*R = 339.29 miles

Q3:Temp is 37 C
Could be almost anywhere in Texas (between March and November) wearing loose light clothing (like shorts and t-shirt, perhaps).

Q4: I notice you did not include brackets, therefore for the equation ......... b = 24 * c / 4 * d
For c=5, d=3 ===> b=90
For c=10, d=15 ===> b=900

If what you actually meant was b = (24 * c) / (4 * d)
c=5, d=3 ====> b = 10
c=10, d=15 ==> b = 4

Q5:
A tow truck weighs 8 tons.
A post card weighs 1 oz (unless the post office is weighing it and you're paying by the pound, in which case it's the smallest setting of 1.0 pounds).

Q6:
18 + 4 - 16 + 3 - 9 = 0
55 - 32 + 6 - 7 + 1 = 23

1) if you drew one on the first draw, you have 3 left out of 51 cards, so 3/51 = 1/17

if you didn't you have 4 left out of 51 cards, so 4/51

both assume no jokers left in the deck

2) diameter = 2*radius so 108 miles = diameter

circumference = diameter * pi = 108pi miles = ~339 miles

3) you might be here (Phoenix) where it is often over 100 deg Farenheit, and probably wearing as little as possible! Oh, and suncreen

4) 10 and 4 respectively

5) tons
oz

6) 0
23

1) with no jokers 4/51 if you didn't on first and 3/51 (1/17) if you did
2) d = 108 c = 108pi
3) You would be inside the human body. Or taking someones temperature
4) b= 10 and 6
5) tons, oz.
6) 0, 23
