The peak time to conceive is when you're ovulating, usually about 14 days after the first day of your period. Getting pregnant on your period isn't as likely, although it could still happen. But please, give your baby a stable home, consider marriage first. Best of luck!

My advice is to get a this book from Amazon..it is called "Taking charge of your fertility". It will help you figure out your most fertile time, because there are a lot of factors involved. I bought the book and it was very useful. Or you can even try the ovulation predictor kits. It will tell you when to start using them. It is usually about 10-12 days after your period that you start them, depending on how long your cycles are.
Good Luck!! :-)

12-15 days after your period is when you are the most fertile. These three days is knowjn as ovulation. It is when one of your ovaries releases an ovum (egg). It will travel down your fallopian tube. If there is sperm present it will result in pregnancy. There are several mitigating factors as well. Cut down on anything that will effect fertility for both of you smoking, drinking, drugs, prescription drugs. Also ya'll might want to try doing it in the doggie style position. Afterward you should stay in that position for 10 - 15 min. This will cause more sperm to reach your uterus.

I got pregnant with my first child soon after marriage, but then with the second it just wasnt happening. It took five years for the second with no form of birth control being used. Before I did get pregnant, went to the doctor and he said that five days after your period is when you are most fertile. Also he told me that afterwards to lay down on the floor or your bed and put your feet up against the wall, almost like standing on your head, this causes the sperm to swim upwards. Did this with the second, and then with the third and fourth, second, third and fourth were all about 22 months apart. Lots of luck....It really works...

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your fiance to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your fiance to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

The best time is before your period when you're ovulating. That's when the egg is released and it's making it's way to the uterus. It'll get fertilized and implant itself in the uterus just like it's supposed to.

usually ovulation occurs during the 12th & 14th day into your cycle - you should get an ovulation predictor test - any pharmacy sells these and go from there. Good luck.

It would be best to get an ovulation kit to determine your cycle and when you have a higher chance of getting pregnant.
