Only take the child to a R rated movie if you have some idea of the content and you think the child can handle it, you know your child. I' sure there are alot of kids that sneak into R rated movies.

my son is telling me, many of his friends and himself sneak into R rated movies. he is 15.

i just tooking him to watch borat... it was a good movie

it all depend on the movie, some movies are rated R and theres nothing in there. i dont go to see the so called scary movies, because they are gross and its all about being gruesome than scary. so i wouldnt take him to see does. just good movies, like thinking movies, independent movies, foreigner movies.

I take my child, but it has to be one when I have some idea of what is going on, and not because I'll too lazy to get a sitter, so the kid comes along

I would take my son to an R-rated movie that had some tasteful nudity or sexual content, but nothing that showed gratuitous violence.
