I was thinking of sending a Christmas card to a woman in which were friends, but there hasn't been any communication for about 5 months now. I'm not sending the card to re-establish the friendship, but to genuinely wish her well and let her know that I continue to keep her in my prayers (she has some physical/health problems). If I do not her back from her, I'm fine with that. Should I send the card or leave things the way they are? I'm fine with it either way (to send or not send the card). Just to let you know, we are both Christians. Thank you for your input.

If you are both Christians that says it all. Both of you know the lord and to love someone enough in your heart to let them know that you are thinking of them is showing that you are a very unselfish person whom thinks about others and i think you should send it sounds like your a good man.

Send the card.

What can it hurt? And yoru intentions are good. I wouldn't add anything to the basic card, but a nice note and well wishes are something that you should never have doubts about sending. Go ahead...I think it's very thoughtful and sweet.

I would go ahead and send the card. Like you said your not sending it to mend things with this person, your doing it simply because you want to wish this person well.

Send it. If she has health issues, she may be feeling isolated.
