à l'envers can be used as upside down and inside out

the à l'intérieur dehors that others have said is not right - à l'intérieur does mean inside and dehors means outside but they don't go together like that - unless I have missed that particular phrase the many times I have been there and been with French people

upside down is either à l'envers or sens dessus dessous, but I can't remember inside out..
