Being that I'm positive, I would say "YES" is the most used word. But since the rest of the world isn't so positive, it is probably the word "I" or "me"

I would be guessing, but given that "okay" is the most recognized word in the WORLD, and that "Coca-Cola" ranks second to that, I would say there are millions of people around the world every hour saying...

"Okay Coca-Cola"

It's "ok" - I'm on calls all day long and that's what I hear the most of - that's my opinion (in United States).
