I really don't know what to think she seems like a very sweet woman who would never disrespect anybody but I heard she's known as The Diva of Country Music. I've never personally seen anything she's done that I would consider Diva'ish. If it was or wasn't a joke she still should not have done it cause it made her look bad and some people are not going to believe it was a joke. Hopefully it doesn't affect her or her career.

If she was joking, it was not funny. She just ruined the whole thing for Carrie. There are no headlines congratulating her for winning. Only headlines about Faith acting like an ***. She may think she is still a Mississippi Girl, but she definitely wasnt acting like one.

Yeah I think it seems like a joke but for some reason no one has any sense of humour and never got it. I mean even if she REALLY was annoyed that she never got the award there's no way that she would have made that reaction because she knew she was being watched. I think she just thought it would be funny.

I just have to say she DID know she was on camera - why would she not have? Also she says 'what?' INTO the camera and she wouldn't have if she didn't know it was there now would she?

I saw her in concert a few months back-- she was very lovely, she talked and joked with the audience. very personable. I think sometimes in the moment we don't relieve how we may react and I think that's what might have happened. Whether it was a joke or not -- it is good that she apologized. No, I don't think it will affect her career. There are things that celebrities have done that is alot worse and there still on top.

properly, l love all of the nominees of woman Vocalist of the 12 months. yet to declare WHAT? (disputing the outcomes) is a sort of selfishness, l extremely appreciate faith Hill, yet she've gained that award some time past then and it is great to make certain Carrie win it. lt ought to be an dissatisfied reaction, yet to cover the shame, she could suggested "it is a comedian tale." it is a ask your self to me faith did it. l could extremely think of Martina ought to try this element by way of fact Carrie is merely her vast fan till now she made it into american idol and get the call. yet a fan ought to defeated the idol. properly, enable's see at American song Awards....faith, Carrie and Gretchen are actually competing for an identical call. And l think of Carrie could had her victory returned, except faith ought to be able to allure the voters.

Looking at the video, I'd say no way was she joking. She even walked away. She just got caught acting like a Diva.

Did you even see the video?

She didn't look even REMOTELY serious about it...She didn't have a scowl on her face or anything. I mean, come on...don't you think they all practice being graceful before hand? In particular, since this hasn't been Faith's most amazing year, she can't seriously have expected to win.

Yes, I believe she was joking.

And I don't think most people believe otherwise.

Nope, I don't think it was a joke and I can't say as I blame her one little bit. She's paid some major dues then here comes little miss American Idol and Whomp! miss Idol gets the goods.

Nope, don't blame the woman a bit infact, I think that she should just embrace her honesty in her gut reaction.

I think it was a automatic reaction that wasn't planned. Although I don't think she meant it in a bad way it just came across that way because of how it looked.
On the other hand, you can tell allot about a person by their automatic reactions to a situation.

She definetly, definetly wasn't joking. Her body language conveys her anger. Her mouth opening so wide and facial expression when she screamed "WHAT?!" was not a joke. You can't hide that. She's just covering it up now, saying, "Oh, it was just a joke." It wasn't. She didn't know she was on camera.
