Yes! but it will not be brought about by man whom the bible says is incapable of directing his step. Rather it will be under a theocracy; government ruled by God. Isaiah tell us that God's kingdom will crush and do away with these other kingdoms and will stand to time indefinite. So it is truly something wonderful to look forward to.
