It appears to me that both parties are equally responsible. Im not sure when it started or with who but it has been snowballing hardcore. Anybody who claims it is one party or the other that is responsible are the very people who are causing the problem.

This question requires nothing but a biased answer, props to you on getting people to fight about who fights more. Pretty sly, thumbs up.

I mistrust him at this element. He, Obama, Dodd and AIG are all tied alongside with the bonuses and campaign contributions. The bonuses are in fact a minor situation in the enormous image, yet as with the Lewinski situation, exhibits the shortcoming of solid character of those adult males. If the government leaders weren't corrupt (republicans and democrats), the enormous businesses does not be getting away with those shenanigans. the government knew previously of this issue and have been in touch in because of the fact they are getting funds. I see no different threat. Why could they attack the regulators in this video, except they have something to income? They shelter Raines like he's a few super guy or woman at a similar time as he grew to become into falsifying the books to maximise his bonuses. What i think of is they simply desire administration of the money the corporation supplies you them with.

Political bickering is a sport that any party engages in or should I say any politician? Forums like this one hear are readily embraced by junior and wannabe politicians of all sorts, of all colors, races, convictions, etc.

Even the English conservative party (Tories) clearly feels that it is not beneath them to flick dirt and bicker. In the US this is common place for members of both big parties, just like for members in any party anywhere in the world.
Politics is a sad game in a way, idealists always seem to convert quickly to the main stream cynics or are totally sidelined.

Dude you can't have an arguement without two sides-- so both sides. And what happened to your PHD? You have developed a slight credibility problem with your two stories.

PS It does seem to me that the level of nastiness was condsidirably raised in the public forum by conservative talk radio in the 1990's -- but here on Answers it's about equal.

The pugs usually start it and the Dims usually finish it. The Dims in general would like to have a calm, reasoned dialog about the serious problms we face but the pugs insist on throwing bombs and proposing "You're either with us or with the terrorists" types of false conditions.

I would have to give the edge to Republicans, only because I think they lay blame at liberals, (Democrats), feet on such a wide variety of topics.

I think the only "clean" question and answer area may be cooking, but I wonder if Clinton wasn't somehow blamed for a souffle or two falling...

Isn't that kind of like asking who is more responsible for the Hatfield/McCoy fued?

My instinct is to say conservative Republicans, but I am a liberal Democrat. I am probably biased to react more strongly to conservative insults to liberals than liberal insults to conservatives. I have, however, noticed that there are individuals on both sides who haven't ascended the school-yard "You're a doo-doo head," "No, you are" style of debate.

Alex, You already know that everyone is going to point the finger the other way. But if your question is taken word for word, I would have to say the non-beliefs of the Democratic Party has caused this bru-ha-ha. Simply promoting HATE for the President of the United States, is deplorable anytime, but especially during WAR. That's what's so offensive to sooooo many conservatives.
Disagree with the guy, fine. Promote PURE HATRED, DESPICABLE.

Honestly, I've observed it comes from both sides. Heck, it's actually half the fun of YA to stir the proverbial pot and get to slinging muck! I've stirred a bit myself!

In the end, I suspect it's like family... I can beat my brother up all day long but let an outsider come to hit him, and IT'S ON!!!

I do not think that you can say one party or the other. I feel that the individuals in both parties will continually fan the flame war.
