She is a dingbat. There is no such thing as a boob condom, but you will look like a boob if you follow her advice and go to the service desk at Wal-mart asking for a boob condom. I am sure someone is having a good laugh right about now and some people are giving a good laugh to wal-mart clerks with this request.

I have never heard of such a thing. I actually just did a Google search and it had no matches to boob condom or breast condom, so my guess is no such thing exists.
