RECEIVING. Imagine if you cut out "looking forward to" cause it is irrelevant. Then see how the sentence looks.

We are receiving your feedback....
vs
We are receive your feedback...

I would simply say "We are looking forward to your feedback on this matter". Receive/receiving is understood by the word "feedback".

receiving...

could also say

We look forward to receiving your feedback on this matter. That gets rid of the inactive verb.

The first sentence is correct. Receiving.

Karen is wrong. The correct answer is the first one. The word "to" in your sentence is a preposition, not part of an infinitive verb as your second sentence would indicate. Therefore, you need the gerund "receiving" to be the object of the preposition "to."

BTW: a gerund is an "-ing" verb that acts like a noun.

Receiving is correct. When you catch a ball you are receiving it, therefor when you get a response you are receiving it.

It cannot be "receive" because that is tense contradiction and is not gramattically correct. Therefore it can only be the first one.
