depending on what connection method(usb or ethernet) you are using ,you may not need a disc
with the broadband set up kit,you should of received both usb and ethernet leads ,well if you use the ethernet lead you dont need bt software,this is only required if you want to connect by usb
however if you want to use the bt software(in home hub) then you should wait for the disc to arrive as they are not avalible in the shops(ive tried),and also they only take 3-4 days normally
any problems with your broadband set up let me know as i have done them for friends and family loads of times

you should be able to go to bt web site and down load what you need, if not if you live in Bristol i have one you can have
