If it was a special card designed with a specific poem for someone I would pay you more than that. The last card I bought for my hubby for his birthday which was the grey bears one, with just lots of love in it cost me £3! I would definitely pay that for one of yours. If you are going to set up a website to sell them from please E Mail me the address as I love sending a card that is different and more meaningful to my family for special occasions.

I think thats a very fair price. Why not try experimenting with different prices and see if people are willing to pay higher for some of the cards.

If some of them take you longer to make or a lot more effort, why not charge slightly higher price for them? Popular cards these days cost anything from £1 upwards. Less for bulk-buy.

I'd gladly pay more upto £3 for a card that I thought had a great centimental poem or design.

Not at all,if anything that's quite cheap.Cards in the shops are more expensive than that and they're all mass produced. Why don't you go to a card shop and have a look at the home made cards that are on sale and check out the prices and the quality,at least then you will feel that you're not over charging.

If it says what you want to express and the person you are buying for matters to you then how do you put a price on it, If you mean in terms of quality etc;, then only you can judge as you have seen it but handmade cards are generally £2-£3 minimum and a card in Hallmarks and such places is generally about £2 if it's any good.

I have seen a homemade job and it was rather fetching and at a fetching price of £1.50 which for Scotlands tat is quite a good price. So go for it. Or go to college

Your card is personalised to each individual so I'd say £1.50 is too cheap. For the kind of card you're creating, I'd be willing to pay £2-£3.00

I make cards purely for family and friends and although I don't buy the basic bits and pieces in bulk, it seems £1.50 is very good value. Go for it.

That appears to be quite reasonable as they are individually hand crafted with a poem.

That's cheap, 'normal' cards can cost more. I'd say you could charge up to £4.
