I have Spybot Search and Destroy but have it shut down, I find nothing in my Security settings. This did not start until I upgraded to IE7.

If you are running Norton it will block you from changing home pages. Usually it will bring up a little window so you can tell it you want to change it though.
If you have Norton, you can go in to "options" or "preferences" and make the change to another home page.

do you have any toolbars, new programs you have installed etc? They often change your homepage for you and wont let you change it back. This could also be the works of a worm or trojan, Run spyware on all your programs.

Download Firefox, forget about IE until they fix all the bugs (next year sometime.)
