You can't love him, but the most obvious thing to do is, make that stranger a friend and get to know him. Start by saying hello and speaking about something that he can make a comment on like the weather or something.

i don't fink you love the stranger if u dont know what they are like. Maybe you have fallen in love with their looks. Talk to this stranger one day, get close and see what it really is that attracts you to them

talk to him/her and make them not a stranger! Your also in love with their apperance, and not there personality. unless this is an email then you know there personailty and not really them. Don't be so quick to say your in love. from the little bit you just said it sounds like your in lust.
