This, my dear, is normal.
For both pregnancies, I would get up several times during the night, thinking my bladder was going to explode. Then rather than getting the relief of peeing, there would be a pathetic piddle of a few drops.
Your baby is pushing on your bladder, giving the constant sensation of urgency. Your baby can also be pinching your urine passage so only a little goes through at a time. You get up, pee, It only seems like forever before that happens.lie back down, the baby moves her head a little and releases more urine so you have to get up and go pee again. Welcome to pregnancy.
After you give birth and recovering from labor, you will pee like you have never peed before! Relief will come, only to be replaced by being awakened by the baby several times in the night.

Wow, do I ever know what you're going through!!!
I'm 19 weeks and I have to get up at least 4 (usually 6 or 7) times in the night to go pee. I tried drinking less before bedtime, and found that I was peeing just as much, and also REALLY thirsty!
Even during the day, I have to go just about all the time, it's worse if I'm on my feet! And going places is hard, especially if I have to take public transit, I'm always wondering if I'm going to make it there without peeing in my pants! (For the love of god, don't make me laugh on the bus!!!)
But it's all for a good cause, right?
Hang in there, and good luck!

Yep! It's because of the excess pressure on your bladder. try changing your position at night, might move the uterus around a little. Also, try drinking all you need during the day, so at night (within 2-3 hours of bed) you just sip something. I might help having to go less if there is less in the bladder. That's a couple things the doctor recommended for me. Good Luck!

Ahh yes, the joys of pregnancy. This is perfectly normal. As your baby gets bigger and you move further along in your pregnancy, your baby pushes on your bladder. Maybe try not to drink as much before bed. It's totally normal and just one of the many perks of creating a miracle. :)

Yes, because there is more pressure on your bladder. The more you drink, then the more often you will have to pee, but don't slow down your H2O intake just because of this.

Ah yes, I remember the many trips to the loo while the babies danced the fandango on my bladder...it'll all be over soon enough, although not before getting worse. Sorry dear, but we've all been there!

As the baby gets bigger, it will put more pressure on your bladder and you'll have to pee more often cause your bladder cant hold as much...I've had the same problem...

I did. The baby was pushing down on my bladder at certain times which made me go to the bathroom more often.
