The thing about life is the ebb and flow of events. Good times, bad times, births, deaths, weddings, divorces, etc. We all have things we go through, but your experience of how you got through that time, can very well be inspiration for some one else to dig deep and pull it together. Hey today who can afford to be bummed out all of the time? There's bills to pay, jobs to work, families that need care of--you just keep on moving, and eventually you get through it.
However, if your discouragement holds you down for an extended period, your doctor has the cure for you. Good luck.

Yes.
A recent song by Tom Petty neatly sums it up in this part of the lyric:
" If you don't run, you rust..."
(Album: "Highway Companion", song: "Big Weekend")

Yes, it is very difficult, but I don't consider it an option not to. After all, where would you end up if you didn't keep on keepin on?
