I am one of the the bosses, and the company provides my phone.
I'm expected to answer it when it rings.

No cell phones allowed. The funny thing is they don't care about the yahoo Q and A. They are always looking over my shoulders to see what I'm laughing at .

umm my parents own the buisness and my phone goes of so the boss gary puts a sighn on the wall sayin no mobile phone to be played wit but i still do.

As a suprv i only allow short emergency calls from the persons home.It can be a problem
