This is quite a lot of fun ( in a controlled environment of course :) ) You will need to use your feet to work all three pedals. One foot to control your brake and gas pedal and the other to feed the clutch. Step on the brake with the ball of your foot and use the heel to feed power to the engine. Very Slowly release the clutch. You will feel the car trying to move the rear wheels, as you feel this apply more power and let the clutch out a little more. Once the wheels are spinning the front brakes are more than enough to keep you from shooting off but remember to keep firm pressure on the break pedal. Once you get the hang of it you can drive around in circles and do figure eights with the wheels lit up. HOWEVER a few notes of warning
1 this is very bad for various components of your car especially the clutch and the rear brakes
2 practise this in a safe environment. If you ease of the brake too quickly you will spear off the road and hit a tree, other car, person etc. In the dirt is probably the best place to learn

Why would you want to do that? You are wasting tires, will probably tear up your clutch, transmission and universal joints or CVC joints whichever the Mustang has.
Do YOU buy your tires or does your dad buy them? It makes a BIG difference. Grow up, be mature and act like a man IF you are a man. Good luck. Pops

Rev is up to about 4-5000 RPM with it in first gear (holding the clutch in of course) and pop the clutch.
BTW, I take no responsibility if you damage your clutch in any way.

i wouldn't do a burnout in first gear dump the clutch in second...(less likely to overrev the engine, and can get the tires to spin faster to create more heat like if you had slicks)...also i would invest in a line lock

no burn out is a good burn out..it is real bad on ur transmission mounts.
