I would give it three days and it should be completely new formula in her system. So, if she is still having problems, she may need to switch again. I hope it helps her though! I know the doctor told us three days after we swtiched our daughter, but it wasn't due to problems and she was 3 months old. Good Luck!

all babies will have gas. and the spitting up could be that she doesnt get burped enough/completely. i would think that if there were a lactose allergy u would definitely see evidence of it in her stool or she could vomit too. i kno docs go to school but their not always right. go with ur gut. u dont really need permission to change formulas im sure. people didnt back in the day
