Today, Bush asked Congress to pass the following legislation before they get turned out in January:

Retroactive approval of the warrantless wiretapping program.
Nuclear cooperation with India.
Making his tax cuts permanent.
Maintaining funding for the war in Iraq.

Having just lost the election, do you think the lame duck congress should be considering items that are obviously NOT supported by the people who just voted them out of office?

The DADT repeal and the starting up ratification were between the law that replaced into in the back of agenda until eventually after the election on the insistence of the Republicans. In some months time, it will be very complicated to get any new guidelines by Congress. those people must be operating extra time.

They can consider any legislation that is put before them, as the Congress we have is still in power. Whether it will happen is another matter

The one I think should be kept are the tax cuts....no one wants to pay more taxes....I also think that the funding in Iraq needs to stay....no matter how you look at it...we have troops there...they need the tools to win and get home....and that takes money.....the other two...they should be done away with.

Yes, were you proud of the things Clinton did in his last six months in office? Some things he did were good but pardoning criminals wasn't good. Bush won't be pardoning any criminals so this is his only chance to get what he believes in done.
