My little sister is 17. our parents have been dead for 2 years and i'm her legal guardian. Well,last night i walked in on her, and one of my closest friends going at it. I have no idea how to handle this. My friend is 26.. She's going to be 18 next week so theres not much i can do. Is there?...does anybody have any suggestions on how to deal with both my little sister, and my so called friend.

Your "friend" slept with your little sister. HELLOOO! What the hell kind of friend is that? Your sister is young and probably extremely flattered that an actual adult seems interested in her. She's been blindsided and at 17 years of age she isn't capable of superior judgement. It is up to you to steer her in the right direction. Say Ciao to your friend, call the police and report him. Tell little girlie, that your friends are off limits or you will put every single one in jail. If she's such an adult she can wait the week for sex with studman. Also, pick better friends. I'd put her on birth control as well. It's apparent that she could use some protection from herself as well as your friends.

You can try to help your sister understand that this is a phase, and that most guys that are so much older are only interested in satisfying an urge. The urge to have sex with a teenager.
And i would also confront your friend, and make sure he understands just exactly how serious you are about protecting your sister. He can have flings, thats no big deal, but treating your sister like a hooker is not acceptable.
It is possible that they are serious, and not just fooling around. Unlikely, but not impossible. Theres 7 years between me and my husband... although i was 19 when we met.
You dont want to push your sister away by seeming like your trying to control her, but then again, she needs to understand that you want to, and have to, provide her with good guidance. She should also know that you will always be there for her, and if something goes wrong between her and your friend, that she will always be the most important thing to you.
No ones perfect, not sisters, not best friends. Although your friend deserves a good swift kick in the nads.

Well you should talk to your friend.. First of all hes 26 with a 17 yr old girl..i know she will be 18 soon but still he should have waited a week..But you have to take into consideration maybe they have a thing for eachother ..First see why your friend did it..She could have just been a booty call..And you sister will do whom ever she wants..Im sure you were having sex at 17..So look at it bothways before you do something..Just make sure you dont lose a friend and loose a sister

It's statutory at the age of 17. Legally she was still a minor. You could press charges. You could get a restraining order. However, you'll probably destroy any kind of relationship with your sister. At 18 she'll do more just to "get even" with you. As for your so-called friend, was he aware that your sister was off-limits? If so, tell him he is no longer welcome at your place. Tell him that you will press charges if he doesn't leave her alone. Also tell her.

First, sit down and talk to your friend. Ask him what he's up to. Tell him unless he's willing to marry your sister, he better not sleep with her. Then, talk to your sister calmly about what she's thinking. Tell her how you feel and be calm the whole time. Talk to her in a loving way. Just because you friend had sex with your sister doesn't mean he hates you or anything. It is a bit of an age difference, but you really can't do anything about it. Maybe they really do love eachother........you don't know. You should talk to your sister about it. If they just did it to do it and they don't even love eachother, than yeah, do ahead and be mad at both of them. You have a right to. But if they really do love eachother and that is why they did it, then just leave them alone and pretend like nothing happened. If it was forced, then you may press charges whether your sister is of legal age or not because that would be rape. But remember, if they both did it and wanted to do it, then your friend shouldn't be the only one to blame. But if they really do love eachother, don't get mad at them. Would you like it if your friend yelled at you if he walked in on you and his little sister going at it when she is a week from legal age??????? Think about it that way.

maybe they just like each other...and your "little" sister is gonna be an adult next week. Your so called friend may really like her...why don'¡t you talk to im,see what he has to say....do the same with her...and work it from there. I know you are bummed but I don't think you can do much about it if they want to stay together.

The best thing that I can tell you is that blood is thicker than water.But also realize that you cant call too many people your friend.Overall talk to them together and let them know how you feel but remember, people will still do what they want to do and make their own choice no matter how much advice you give them and your opinion that you share with them even with it differs from theirs.

Dump the friend because if he's screwing around with a minor who's your sister, he should know better and he's not your friend. You won't be able to stop your sister from having sex if thats her choice, but you can let her know about birth control if she doesn't know already and help her get access to it. Your not really in the position to punish her, but you can give her knowledge.

Sit down and talk to your little sister. Make sure she understands all of the consequences her actions may cause. Afterwards, there really is nothing you can do. She has to make her own choices. If she decides to make the wrong ones, you have already warned her.
