I have my treadmill in my office and I want to watch tv in here while I walk but I don't want to have to go buy a tv.

Install a TV tuner card into the back of the computer..... just slots into a PCI slot on the motherboard, then screws onto the chassis... then plug the cable into the back of the TV tuner card after you've installed it (you can also hook up a games console to it).

You could buy a "tv tuner" and put it in your computer the best place to get this is on Amazon, eBay, CompUSA Tiger Direct, New Egg, or Shopzilla.
