So I was just told in order to build muscle I need to consume at least 3200 calories a day!!??!?
How do you do that?!

it's a tough one especially for those that have high metabolism and have endomorph body type(im one of them).
i started mine a month ago but only managed to gained 1.1lbs(maybe lack of healthy foods plus low calories intake per day since im a student,did not afford to buy all the recommended foods for building muscles)
for me, i eat 6 LARGE meals per day coz i can burn out all the calories in just 2 hours after i took my meals.
Eat more proteins food like what the 2nd person mentioned.
Exercise will helps to boost the muscle development.
