I'm going to be silly and say "sure, wait for me outside"...
put it on craigslist.com or in the newspaper "by owner"
And do the St Joseph statue trick--even if you're not catholic, it works. look it up on yahoo search, type in "saint joseph" and "statue" and "sell" and "house"
