Do you think tall people are more succesful than shorter people in business and social life?

Napoleon was a shortie, as was Alexander the Great. Rupert Murdoch is rather vertically challenged and Kylie is a pint sized princess. I don't think you can generalise about height equating to success at all.

I'm barely 5'1 and I've been succesful both in my chosen profession as well as in my social life. But then so is my bloke and he's 6'6!!

interesting question.. i think tall people are seen as more attractive, but short people are somehow seen as quirkier, peppier, more fun people.. just from my own personal experiences.

My husband likes to say he's 6' tall, but he's really about a hair shorter than me and I'm 5'9. This makes me tall for a woman and him short for a man- he definately has an easier time making buddies than I do..

I had dealings with a female pal once. She was 17 years older, but she was blonde, a nurse and an absolute tower! Never fancied anyone so much as her!

No way it is all to do with if your face fits you are in most successful people are quite forceful to.

Tall people are less successful as jockeys, unless they are extraordinarily thin.
