A bit of both really, I love christmas and do get excited by it all but because it starts so early by the time christmas actually arrives I'm sick of it all and stressed to my back teeth!

Usually I start Christmas shopping in September, before the Christmas rush, and put everything under the bed. This year however, I have yet to start shopping. So, I think it might be a little more fun this year to get out and see all the decorations and be one of the yahoos that run around at the last minute to find everything. Christmas is an expense but I don't view it as a burden. I feel lucky to be able to give and receive with a joyful heart. Peace!

I think it starts too early, December 1st is plenty of time for the adverts and the hoo ha that goes with Christmas, the shops have been selling stuff in some cases since the end of September! By the time the day itself comes around I'm fed up with it and can't wait to see the TV adverts return to normal and all that pressure dissapears! Still, I wouldn't be without Christmas, I'am a christian, I know why Christmas really exists and the things we do are simply add ons to that. The thing though that angers me most is when the meddling PC loony tunes lefties start to try and ban it because its upsetting the Muslims, Christmas has been celebrated in Britain for centuries, long, long before the Muslims arrived, so why should we ban it? This is for all intents and purposes still a predominantly christian country, and until it becomes a muslim state, Christmas will stay and be celebrated for centuries to come, god willing!

For the most part, happy and excited.

Back when I was in charge of all the music for a large church, December was a stressful blur of rehearsals for Christmas masses. I loved it, but there was so much going on that before I knew it, it was January.

It kind of a mixture for me - I love Christmas, and definitely get excited about it, but at the same time, I get stressed by thoughts of getting the 'perfect gift' for the people in my life.
