What what??

It is a pay per view game....$14.95 now, $19.95 Saturday.
Unless you have some channel on DirecTV/Dish that is in the sports extra package.
I don't want to have to pay to watch them ply. Is AF that hard up for money???

Not listed anywhere on NBC....believe me, I know---I set the AutoTune everyweek. It is on ch. 610 on DirecTV, but I don't get that channel.....sigh........guess I have my radio tuned and my surround sound on....Thought it would be cool to see the jets fly over before the race....I hear AF's home games have great flyovers.

Waut...NASCAR fan, too, but no, a Busch Race is not an acceptable replacement.

Becky, I would rather drive the 1 hour & 45 min. to SB then watch it on PPV!!!!!

Away game or not, this is the FIRST game in 14 years that isn't being televised. That, to a heck of a lot of fans, it just a load of BS.
I do not look for an AF upset----they have a 4-4 record, ND is 7-1.
We have won 6 in a row, they have one.
We defeated them in 2002, the last meeting and we were ranked 7th, them 15th. We are now 9th, they are unranked. The last time they beat us was 10 years ago.
The last time they won against a ranked team was 2002 aar #23 california, 23-21.
We lead the series 21-5. We have beat them 11-2 there & 10-3 in SB.
We have won 2 straight w/ them & 10 of the last 11.You want more??

It will be on CSTV...

CSTV is doing a free-preview weekend this coming weekend, but not advertising (think what you will, I'm sure for money, especially with this "early bird price", but if you have the channel (but not the package) you might still get it...

I just checked the schedule and NBC is showing NASCAR Racing on Saturday afternoon instead. Like that even compares to a Notre Dame football game.

I'm not sure if you get CSTV (College Sports TV) as part of your cable/satellite package, but they're showing the game live. Here's a link to their Saturday schedule:

Hopefully, you have that channel and won't have to order the game on PPV or skip it completely.

Being an away game NBC doesn't have it. With all the College games that are on all week (almost every night now) why should this be pay per view?

Oh, God forbid that the Farting Amish don't get their typical wall-to-wall coverage.

I'll be able to watch it, since I have a dish that gets CSTV, but probably won't because both Notre Shame and Air Force suck.

Idk why PPV, it doesnt seem like a game that would require someone to pay for. Double check the NBC network, Notre Dame games are usually broadcasted on there. Anyway, good luck.
