I like that list, but I wouldn't restrict it to marigeewhanna, but all drugs. The criminal justice system is a completely wrong way to deal with a medical problem and the illegality of drugs does more harm than good.
Oh, and crochet hooks should be allowed on airplanes. (No more dangerous that pens, and people who crochet are less likely than the general population to be terrorists.)
