The inside is beige and full of stains and I want to clean it. Any ideas?

They actually have companies that do this, like the one below:

If you don't want to pay an arm and a leg for this, I suggest that you get some upholstery cleaner. (Get one that says it's a mild formula.)

Turn the lining out of your purse. (It should just pull right out until it's inside out, and sitting outside your bag like a stuck out tongue.) Wrap your handbag in a thick towel to protect it. Place the lining on another towel laid out on your kitchen counter. Spray on and scrub in the upholstery cleaner as per instructions. Flip and do the other side. Leave it on the counter until it dries, then using the hand attachment for your vacuum cleaner, vacuum all excess cleaner from the liner, and flip it back inside.

I have done this successfully with one of my suede purses when a lipstick tube disgorged it's contents all over the bottom of my purse.
