Hello again I, myself am not a Veteran, I do have family members who are Veterans. I personally just want to share the email I received today, with all whom want to read it. I simply wanted to give a reminder of what our Service Men and Woman have done for us...We may not all agree on some past or even present Wars, but ALL WHO SERVICED AND/OR GAVE THEIR LIVES FOR OUR COUNTRY, THE USA, I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU!!!

Is a lot to be proud of it. But the reality are not so thankful or matching the rights.

Not only "THANK" him or her but is my custom to sit and talk over a beer with some. Everyone who draws life in the free world needs to realize what they went through in war is for ME.
War is HELL and this is what gives us all the "rights" we have to go to college, university, protest war(s), run-down others, look beautiful (handsome), have the horrible governments we elect to steal from us and tell us they didn't only to be found out later, they did, freedom to hate God, live evil lives and deny the existence of a devil, to embrace evolution doctrines -no matter how out-dated and scientifically incorrect they are; to hate America and Canada, to ***** about Terrorism and hate the people who fight against it (George Bush) ... on and on it goes !

i don't have a commonplace. it particularly is my husband who's a veteran, no longer me. yet he could like your poem. 22 yrs interior the air stress and he talks approximately touching the face of God. who's the author? It jogs my memory of Wilfred Owens poetry of WWI I studied in severe college. He grew to become right into a British poet who grew to become into killed purely earlier the top of the conflict.
