Excessive sweating, also known as hyperhidrosis, is a fairly common problem. It usually affects the palms, feet, and armpits.
A popular medication called Drysol may be a good choice if you have had no relief from herbal or non-prescription antiperspirants. Depending on what country you are living in, it may be available over the counter. You simply repeat the treatment nightly until the perspiration is under control.
In addition, a new study has shown that Botox injections are also effective at stopping excessive sweating. Treatment with one injection reduces sweating for 4 to 17 months.
While this new information about Botox seems promising, your best bet is to try the Drysol first and see if it is effective.
Good luck!

It is because your body is hot, even though you may not feel it. And it is getting rid of the excess fluids. It also has something to do with hormones...like around your time of the month, see if you can tell a difference(I sweat like a pig during that time). And some people like me, have over-acted sweat glands. :)

They are loaded with sweat glands. If you walk around with your arms in the air above your head they will sweat less. The fact that your arms folded over at the shoulder generate heat in that area. The body tries to cool it by sweating.

Your armpits sweat because you have a lot more sweat glands in your armpits than anywhere else. Sweat glands make sweat. Then more sweat glands you have in one area, the more sweat you will have there.

There are lots of sweat glans there and also it is a closed area which leads to the need to cool off by sweating

Yes. Try an antiperspirant. Degree and Mitchum for women are really good ones.

it's a hormone inbalance, or your thyroid isn't working properly, I used to have that problem, ruined a lot of shirts because of it, started taking thyroid supplements (natural herbs) and I stopped sweating...it's annoying isn't it,
