not if you own a business California has a reputation as being downright hateful towards businesses due to oppressive taxes.
Dodgers are just going back to Brooklyn where they started. The Chargers may be moving to Los Angeles where they started i also heard a rumor they were going to start calling themselves the California or Southern California Chargers and play in SD and LA. They were the Los Angeles Chargers in their first year. I think the Giants were also originally in another city the 49ers may just be moving to a new stadium.

Chargers might move to Chula Vista, which is still in San Diego, they have no plans of moving out of state. Oakland is moving to Fremont, which is in San Jose, CA. And the 49er's are moving to Santa Clara, also in Northern Cali. The Dodgers aren't moving, they are just moving their spring training to Arizona, not the team. The Giants aren't moving either, the only news about them is that the league decided not to allow the A's to consider Santa Clara as a new home because that is considered Giant's territory. There's nothing wrong with California, you just don't have your facts straight.

I'm a Bay Area resident:
The 49ers want to move to Santa Clara, a suburb.
Same with the A's, the owner wants to move them to Fremont, a suburb.
I have NEVER heard of the Giants wanting to move since 1992 when they almost moved to Tampa before the current ownership bought them. Why would they move? They have one of the best ballparks in America.
The team in California most likely to move (and I believe this is a long shot) is the Sacramento Kings, because their casino-owning, playboy brother owners, the Maloofs, probably want them in their hometown of Las Vegas.

49ers are moving like 30 miles away, the A's are moving a little farther south so they can get some business out of San Jose

Cali is certainly NOT the state anymore and hasnt been in awhile. To answer your question though is because the local city councils dont want to raise taxes to rebuild new stadiums. In this day and age, people want state of the art stadiums and they are not willing to help the team build a new stadium. For instance, IF you watched the Kings game on ESPN last night, One of the owners was talking about the Arco arena and how its 22 years old and they are going on their 7th proposal on getting a new stadium.
