Not very long. Depends on how fresh it was to start with, what the tempertature is outside the fridge etc.

It's a good idea to have a taste everytime. When the breastmilk starts to turn bad, it turns bad very quickly and it's totally vile.

Better you tasting vile milk than your little one.

not more than an hour- it will get bacteria quick
