We had Stephane Guivarc'h, Jean Alain Boumsong, Patrick Kluivert, Silvio Maric and Hugo Viana. Beat that.

back in the day when souness first took over Liverpool he set the wheels of the pools and his own self destruction in motion by signing a guy called thorbin pichnik. this guy was a danish centre half who souness claimed to be the new Alan Hansen. i don't know where he got this idea from but because the guy was probably the worst player to ever set foot on a football field. to compound matters even more he continued to play him for almost 20 games on the trot before realising the error of his ways. he then turned round and signed mark walters and Mich Thomas. (not overseas players but still crap)
PEOPLE WONDER WHY I HATE SOUNESS!!!

Chelsea have had their share of donkeys. Adrian Mutu, Christian Panucci, Frode Grodas, Dimitri Kharine. The worst HAS to be Winston Bogarde. Played only a handful of games and refused to move to another club. Sat out the rest of his contract on the bench laughing all the way to the bank. 55k a week for doing nothing. Even when he did play he was a carthorse with 2 left feet.

You say we all have had fantastic overseas players! Sorry another Premier Division supporter. Think down a division or two. A fantastic overseas play at Peterborough United. We had Kanu's brother play here once, does that count?

And you have Angel still. Not too good in my opinion. I have to say Pelligrino for Liverpool made me cringe

Oh! and that guy who Souness bought for Southampton who said he was George Weah's cousin and was supposedly brlliant but was hilariously cr*p. Can't remember his name though
