Yep. I had my first pap-smear at 16 and was a virgin. It isn't the most comfortable thing in the world (I don't ever think it becomes fun) but its fine to see a gynecologist if you're a virgin, especially if you're trying to go on birth control.

You won't lose your virginity during an exam so don't be worried about that.

Yes. It is recommend you see your GYN as soon as you start menstrating or are ready to go on the pill.

Yes you can! many girls go there for many other problems unrelated to sex. many girls go to GYNs for regulation of periods, or other reproductive problems.
