No, as a former two term president he has already served 8 of the maximum 10 years that are allowed and if anything happened to President Hillary he could not fill out the term unless it is less than two years. In as much as it would be a four year term that would make it impossible.

Yes...the Constitution only says you can be President only twice...he could be a senator or Vice President...but why would he? He gets paid the same amount of money all former Presidents do...would you work? She would not want him because he was not very popular at the end of his terms...

Yes, in theory. But, because of the 'lame duck' clause in the constitution, if he had to assume her role, he could not seek re-election afterwards.
The thought of that combination, however, gives me the chills.
