In my bookshelf I have a book called "Main Landmarks of European History" (for the Preliminary Certificate Examination). It has black and white maps of Europe in 814, after the fall of Constantinople, 1648, and 1815.
Alas, by virtue of it being published in 1906, it cannot give you 1939! However, if any of this is of interest to you, the author was F. N. Dixon, B.A. and it was published by Univeristy Tutorial Press Ltd, London.

So, in the starting up study 'Mein Kampf' (although you may honestly have done that already...), therein that is obviously reported that one among Hitlers significant objectives replaced into to extinguish the Jews. and that i purely favor to remark in this area the following: "- Unified with Austria in Anschluss in 1938 after ninety 8% of Austrians approve Unification with Germany in a plebiscite (Austrian unification with Germany replaced into prohibited lower than the Versailles Treaty)" For the list, there have been some Austrian supporters who needed the Aschluss, yet not that many. did you recognize why ninety 8% reported sure to Hitler? because this replaced into no nameless vote. The polltook position after Hitler had marched into Austria or perhaps as all the individuals were putting forward sure or no to him some german infantrymen were searching over their shoulders and those that voted no were killed. So both%? lifeless. i does not say WWI replaced into Germany's fault and the Treaty of Versailles replaced into quite dumb in hindsight, Hitler had plenty to do with WWII and Germany and likewise Austria and the opposing international places may have stopped Germany even as it had run low on funds (in the journey that they'd common) formerly the Anschluss and 1000's of 1000's of lives may were saved. besides the undeniable fact that that is dumb to favor to blame one human being, us of a inspite of for a international warfare. For any warfare or violence, there is continually a reason for an effect and in case you want to blame enything that is gotta be the human nature. So the point isn't to blame someone and flow club him in revenge, yet to imagine about how those issues may be prevented, because once you're assigning blame you've were given to trust they were unnecessary, good? and picture about the authentic complications we as people face and by no potential those we fabricate. Poverty, starvation, the Ozon layer, the way you're gonna tell that guy or female you've a weigh down on in time for Valentines Day, you pick.

Here's one specifically of pre WW2 german borders:
http://fcit.usf.edu/HOLOCAUST/MAPS/map005.htm
But it comes from this site that has dozens of maps similar to what you're looking for:
http://fcit.usf.edu/HOLOCAUST/resource/gallery/maps.htm
Here's a third choice with distinct borders and more information:
